Still signs that the legs are a little wobbly from Sunday. Not unexpected given my inability to actually rest.
The HuRTS set was 4 x 1km followed by 4 x 500m at Barangaroo. Met a big group at the Barangaroo Entrance just as the weather cleared up. Sadly everyone was intent on actually doing the set leaving me spat out the back for the 1Ks. I simply drifted around at 4:30s without a break, like a yoyo between the entrance and the turn. As the crew rounded out the 1s, I snuck off to circle around the wharves.
10km all up. The perfect recovery.
