A nice little 70 min window before the flight. 13km with 10×10 double push-up burpees on random patches of grass. The arms were a little sore from yesterday’s X-training, but this was a nice way to mix things up.
My course tracked the Bay Run on a wider radius through side streets of Drummoyne and Five Dock. Ran into Neil back near the Canal and chatted with him briefly up Lilyfield Rd. The guy is a machine – 5 marathons YTD, and 1 more to go in December.
