Anyway, it was a nice loop today. Started down Lilyfield Rd all the way to Balmain East. Circled the headland, an out and back to Birchgrove ferry then back to the Bay for a CCW loop.
Similar to last week, compensated the lack of intensity by adding 10 push-ups every 1km. Aside from stomach issues at 8km, all was OK. Hence, 20×10 push-ups.
Molly pulled through just fine. My arms held up better this time.
