Still struggling with a pinched nerve down the right side. I’ve done the same type of run 3 days in a row. 60 minutes, 4:45s pace.
Wednesday – Pyrmont loop. Suffered for the first 25 min, then felt 6/10 for the last 35 min. I need to stick to easy stuff until this gets better.
Thursday – linked up with J’OC who has been offline for weeks after her 3:24 at Western Sydney. Ran the usual wharves route and cut back into the city. She will be missed when she heads back to Ireland next month.
Friday – Pyrmont loop with Sam. Horrible weather with a particularly stiff southerly. Legs feel 5/10
The plan this weekend is to swim, brunch and long run.
