Still enjoying the aftermath of a marathon, which means I can do what I want. Mixed it up by attempting another youtube Kettlebell workout. 45 min stuffing around with a tiny (6kg) weight:

– lunges, double leg squats (can’t do single leg)
– rotating and conventional swings
– burpees and push-ups
– Other ‘advanced’ stuff that was an massive fail

Funny and humiliating at the same time.

In other news, Trinity is 6 now months and going strong. My focus is to get her to run asap.
