Kurraba Point

Kurraba Point

With Charlie and I both battling the flu, we took refuge from the 2×20 min with a trundle NOTB. A trip back in time to Kurraba Point, which is a little peninsula between Neutral Bay and Cremorne Point.

I’ll be honest – throat parched dry and multiple episodes of coughing up my lungs – that was how the run unfolded. Not fun today. I did warm up a little and on the hills, I zig zagged like a dog as Charlie tends to crawl up inclines. Cresting back over the Bridge, we saw Fats returning from the HuRTS set.

Finally, after 60 min I was back and alive. 11.5km all up. I should have called in sick today…

Frustrating and confusing to be feeling so ordinary.
