Short Wharves

Extremely achy today. Ran past the start of the  HuRTS 45 min fartel but I knew physically my legs would have none of it. 

Ran the wharves route at a fairly modest pace with Charlie and Steve P and cut things off at Barangaroo. I had hoped the soreness would be better today but what I noticed was no improvement at all. Hip flexor is not good after yesterday’s leg extension exercises.
