As expected, the legs are quite cactus from yesterday. Persisted with my usual mid-week 20 min strength session before work. Lots of burpees today. The strategy is 10 reps thrown in-between various Kettlebell exercises. Post this, an easy 6km via Ultimo to work.

Lunch – met the usual crew at 12:10. The pace was the most benign I have ever seen, maybe 4:50s or 5:00s all the way to Barangaroo. Once we turned, it was just Frenchman, the Irish brothers and I heading back to CQ. Felt I was dragging my dead legs the whole way.

18km for the day.
