AM – 30 min strength training. Tried a few new Kettlebell routines and it was a massive fail. I almost put a whole in my living room floor at 5:45am. The lesson with these things is to start with light weight.
Lunch itself was a standard 13k’er down to Barangaroo. The first 9k with Hipster Chris and we picked up Lambert and Erika on the way. I find the usual 12:25 too late not to mention the 4:30s pace too difficult.
Foot feels better today.
