Wharves then Strides

Right hammy still feels tight, albeit better after Saturday’s swim. So I decided to cycle in this morning after my usual 20 min of strength work.

Lunch was an easy 10km from CQ to Barangaroo and return. This was with Matt from work who has a tall task getting in shape for the Noosa Tri (end Oct). I did briefly run with Renee and Erika near CQ, before I spent a solo 10 min near the Passenger Terminal – 10x120m run-throughs at 80% effort. A good loosener to round out 60 min of running.

13km at 4:35s. 

Evening – nice and easy run home with Christian. Left the bike at work.
