Balmain Recovery

Had a great meal at Surry Hills last night with Lewis but no Sunday long run to run off all that food!

Dragged Molly out pre-sunrise down to Balmain. The pace was 6 min/km. We got to East Balmain wharf, turned around and jogged back. 10km in 1:02 all up. 
85km for the week. The lightest week since maybe March (6 foot track).

Following Chris T’s advice, I’ll do 30 min Mon to Wed, 20-30 min Thurs, rest Fri and 20 min Sat. Strides on Wed and Thursday. Hate tapering!
