I continue to focus on patiently rebuilding the base. Today I banked 2 runs at 5:30 min/km. In this case it’s a good way to run 20km and still feel very fresh the next day.

Pre-work – 10km from Lilyfield to Enmore, then back through Ultimo to CQ all before work. Barely felt like a run.

Post-work – No lunch run due to meeting. Chose to stretch the legs around Pyrmont and Blackwattle Bay. This added another 10km for the day. 

20km all up. Feel great. Ability to finish any interval session remains unknown. 
Considering joining the crew for a Heartbreak Hill run at lunch tomorrow. The idea is to get some hills in before C2S.
