Did the right thing and avoided intervals (4x10min). I do normally enjoy this a tingling in my foot is a little concerning.

Completely disinterested in another easy trundle at lunch. Headed to Hickson, where an elongated set of stone stairs rises towards the Rocks. It’s a good 5 flights of 16 steps

One rep consisted alternating from double leg hops to simple single stair jog. So each rep was in effect 3×16 mini jumps. So very tiring; so much so I was almost falling over after 10 sets of this.

Finished the stair session, then added 6km jogging with 8 sets of 15 push-ups and 15 dips.

A good cross-training block all round. Not sure it does anything for the running though.
