Started the day with an extended ride down to Centennial. Kept the chain on a small gear and maintained a high cadence. Did a single loop of CP enjoying the blood flow before heading back via Fox Studios and Crown Street (to work). 20km on the saddle all before 7am!
Then at lunch I jogged down to Milson’s Point with Matt, en route to North Sydney pool. Pondered joining him but the biting cold and stiff wind was enough to deter me at the entrance.
Spent 15 min on the grass doing 6 sets of a make-shift bunch of push-ups, heel kicks, high knees and surges. Very scrappy but fun nonetheless.
With the jog back, 6km all up.
