Body goes through 3 days DOMS post-mara before the healing kicks in. Same thing happened after 6FT and GC this year. It’ll be a slow 3-4 week recovery to full health. C2S is basically a write-off.
My Tom Tom is seeing a few issues after 2 years (buttons, frost inside class, syncing to phone). Thus I’ve upgraded to the Cardio version with an in-built heart rate monitor. DC Rainmaker says it is good and I believe him. Love my gadgets, and his time no permission sought from the wife.
