Sunday Recovery

First thought upon waking was yep, the I’ve beat some honesty into the legs. Decided to lower the mileage today. Off I went to Petersham for an easy 9km with Molly.

Is there a positive to come out of 9km in 59 min at 6:34 min/km?

Note the negative split. I’ll take that.

Week has been a good mix of base and speed. Strava tells me 100km (ex-commutes) with 3 quality-type runs.
