Legs still not 100% so I’ve decided to hold back the intensity and mileage this week. Likely something I should have done after GCAM. Lucky Richard W had similar thoughts for a recovery at lunch.
We headed around the wharves for a 6km recovery (6 min/km) with 8x100m strides to finish. This was a carbon copy of the runs I did in the 7 day taper for GCAM. Saw the largest HuRTS continent in quite some time on my return.
I may follow a similar plan over Tues to Friday…
8.5km for the day with 20km cycling (commute). The morning ride took me on a nice little CW detour around the Bay Run.
