Thursdays turning into a real recovery day this new year.
Got out for a short run down to Blue’s Point with CH from work. Was almost walking up the inclines while waiting for him. Probably a good thing. 8km all up.
Got home and joined Lorie for some yoga, streaming off youtube onto the new TV. Lasted about 30 min before I got impatient and hungry. Some good stretches learnt for the hips though.
